Immunizations including routine, seasonal and travel: Please call our office to receive these vaccines. We work within guidelines to offer these vaccines to you.

Emergency & Urgent Care In case of an emergency call 911 or seek care at the nearest emergency facility. The local hospitals emergency rooms are equipped to handle life threatening medical emergencies. Our physicians are on staff at San Dimas Community Hospital and Foothill Presbyterian Hospital (Glendora). Use of an Emergency Room for non-emergent care may result in your being responsible for the charges incurred.

If a delay would not be detrimental to your health, please call us first. We provide emergency phone coverage 24 hours a day. Please call our office at any time, for urgent care needs and location of other urgent care centers. Our staff or the answering service will be able to assist you.

Inhouse Lab: We have a lab onsite to help with blood tests.
